Jesse brings strong technical proficiency and experience across a broad spectrum of legal issues in the workplace, including the interpretation of enterprise agreements and modern awards, general protections contraventions, unfair dismissal, bullying, workplace investigations, exit strategies for senior executives, and discrimination complaints.

He is passionate about helping clients navigate a broad range of challenging and complex legal issues in the workplace.

Jesse adopts a pragmatic, detail-oriented, and strategic approach to helping clients achieve a commercially sound and fair outcome in their employment disputes.

Prior to joining Maurice Blackburn, Jesse served as the Associate to Vice President Asbury of the Fair Work Commission and practised as an employment and industrial lawyer at a leading independent law firm.
