Holly Pinnis is a WorkCover Senior Associate and the Regional Office Leader in Maurice Blackburn's Melbourne office. She is a Law Institute of Victoria personal injury accredited specialist, and helps people with workers’ compensation and related common law claims.
Holly takes great pride in consistently achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She fights for workers who have suffered from an injury, illness or disease arising out of, or in the course of, their employment.
Holly holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Laws, and has more than seven years’ experience as a lawyer. Her passion for social justice and desire to advocate for people in need drove her to practice law.
Holly is an empathetic lawyer and excellent communicator, who is passionate about all workers being able to access the law.
“I am inspired to ensure that every person injured in the workplace has a voice,” says Holly.
Holly has particular expertise in litigating complex matters within the framework of an already highly complicated legal system, and she finds this one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
