Cameron Scott is responsible for handling the media for Maurice Blackburn's class actions, as well as other class actions client relations.

He has a BA in Communications from Monash University, with a double major in Journalism and Public Relations, and comes to Maurice Blackburn after spending the bulk of the past decade working as a journalist, and as a senior ministerial media advisor in the Victorian and Federal governments. Cameron worked for Ministers across a range of portfolios including Education, Police and Emergency Services, Industry and Trade, the Attorney-General, and Health.

Based in the Melbourne head office, Cameron is also responsible for injecting the class actions department into relevant public policy campaigns, regulatory debates and issues of social significance, working with senior members of the firm to ensure the views of Maurice Blackburn are strongly represented.
