Staying safe during COVID-19

Maurice Blackburn is committed to providing a work environment that is safe for all employees and clients.

Due to varying levels of COVID-19 restrictions in different states, our offices currently have different policies in place for staff and clients visiting our offices. Please contact your local office before visiting.

  • ensuring that claims continue to progress.

Office re-opening information

All of our offices are now open and safely accepting face-to-face appointments in line with public health advice. However, we are still offering appointments by phone and video call. 

Your well-being, and the safety of our staff, is our highest priority. If you do come and see us in person, we will have strict COVID-safe protocols in place. Depending on the office location, these may include:

  • Asking you for personal details so you can be signed into the premises
  • Limiting the number of people you can bring to your appointment
  • Masks may be required 
  • Asking you for details of any recent overseas trips or sickness, or
  • Sticking to strict appointment time frames
  • Requesting you to show evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination status. 

Your local office will advise you of anything you need to do prior to your visit.

We ask that while you're with us, please stick to social distancing and good hygiene practices to minimise any risk of transmission. Your meeting room will be fully sanitised before you arrive and our team will ensure social distancing measures are in place. We’ll also be providing hand sanitiser for your convenience.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to another day or request a phone or video consult instead.
