Office re-opening information

Many of our offices around Australia are now open and safely accepting face-to-face appointments.

These offices are:

For your convenience, we are still offering appointments by teleconference and videoconference.

Our Parramatta office in New South Wales and all offices in Victoria remain closed at this time. We’ll continue to update this page as more of our offices open.  

Your well-being, and the safety of our staff, is our highest priority so please note that if you do come and see us in person, we'll be asking you to abide by strict COVID-safe protocols. These may include:

  • Asking you for personal details so you can be signed into the premises
  • Limiting the number of people you can bring to your appointment
  • Asking you for details of any recent overseas trips or sickness, or
  • Sticking to strict appointment time frames.

Your local office will advise you of anything you need to do prior to your visit.

We ask that while you're with us, please stick to social distancing and good hygiene practices to minimise any risk of transmission. Your meeting room will be fully sanitised before you arrive and our team will ensure social distancing measures are in place. We’ll also be providing hand sanitiser for your convenience.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to another day to avoid placing our staff at any unnecessary risk.  

We will still be offering consultations by telephone or video-conference for anyone feeling unwell or those who prefer to stay home.

Importantly, we will continue to closely monitor and be guided by government advice on how to operate during this period, and will let you know if anything changes.
