Andrew believes class actions provide access to justice and quality legal representation for victims of wrongs where it might otherwise be out of reach for them as individuals. In addition to providing a mechanism for these people to recover compensation, he believes class actions also help hold corporations to account for negligence and misconduct.

Andrew is experienced in insurance, insolvency, and general commercial litigation. He is currently working on the Queensland floods class action, having previously worked on the Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda class actions, and the AMP shareholder class action.
