With more than 25 years’ experience as a lawyer – mostly in Estate planning, Estate administration and Will disputes – he understands all aspects of Estate law. Andrew is so passionate about this area of law that he wrote the plain English guide to estate planning, The Australian Guide to Wills & Estate Planning.
Andrew works exclusively in Wills & Estates helping clients create and document their Estate planning, assisting families to finalise Estates and challenging Wills for people who have not been adequately provided for. He is a very approachable, compassionate lawyer who has an ability to build an immediate rapport with his clients.
“The most rewarding part of working in Wills & Estates is helping people get their affairs organised such as drafting Wills, winding up Estates or helping people obtain a share of an Estate where they have been excluded. Each of these things help achieve peace of mind to the clients I represent.”
Andrew holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Law and a Master of Law. He was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2004 for which he visited Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom to examine international approaches to Estate planning and elder law.
“I am so driven because I know how to use the law to significantly improve a client’s quality of life.”
