“Supporting clients through occupational disease claims isn’t just about legal expertise, it’s about understanding the human impact behind every case. I’ve seen firsthand how an incurable disease can disrupt lives, not only impacting a person’s health, but also their dignity and livelihood. My role is to simplify the legal process, advocate fiercely, and make sure every client feels heard, respected, and empowered to move forward," says Anita.

With over a decade of experience in personal injury law, including extensive work in Workers' Compensation and Common Law claims, Anita has built a reputation as a compassionate, strategic, and highly skilled advocate for injured workers.

After completing her law degree at Deakin University and her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law, Anita was admitted as a lawyer in 2018. Since then, she has managed a wide range of occupational disease claims, including asbestos and silica-related conditions.

Anita’s dedication to justice extends beyond her professional role. She has volunteered with the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre and the Mental Health Legal Centre, providing legal support to individuals facing systemic disadvantage. These experiences have deepened her empathy and sharpened her advocacy skills, which are qualities that clients consistently value.
