Before joining Maurice Blackburn in 2023, Diana underwent a clerkship and graduate program at a large commercial law firm. Diana is passionate about class actions as they empower everyday people to uphold corporate accountability and achieve justice through collective action.
“Class actions help to level the playing field against powerful corporations and institutions. Through class actions, ordinary people can band together to achieve justice,” says Diana.
While studying, Diana also volunteered at a number of community legal centres, assisting people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Diana holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
