Peter was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1986 and to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2005.
Peter is a determined and tenacious litigator who since commencing practice in Australia has had the conduct of a number of high profile trials involving ground breaking decisions.
Peter has a particular interest in bringing claims for the survivors of childhood sexual abuse. He is specially trained in trauma informed practice which ensures he works with clients to access justice in a way that recognises the complex trauma they have suffered.
