Samuel is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law and has been recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Medical Negligence (Recommended) by the Doyle's Guide.

Samuel has worked exclusively in medical negligence for more than 15 years and has achieved successful outcomes for many clients in claims relating to injuries caused by poor health care including:
