Georgina Overend

Georgina is an experienced litigator, predominately practising in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency. Prior to working as a solicitor, Georgina worked as an Associate to Associate Justice Gardiner at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Since joining Maurice Blackburn, Georgina has acted as a legal adviser to Claims Funding Australia Pty Ltd in relation to a broad range of funded matters, including claims against directors and advisers, as well as insolvency-related claims.
