Nadia Lucas

Graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Criminology and Bachelor of International Studies, with majors in Public Policy and International Relations, Nadia chose a pathway into personal injury law.

An empathetic and hard-working lawyer, Nadia commenced with Maurice Blackburn in 2019. She has worked in various areas of personal injury law, including road accidents, work injuries and dust diseases.

Nadia understands that the compensation pathways for injured people can be complex and aims to provide guidance to help clients understand their rights and entitlements. She advocates for clients who suffer from work-related injuries, asbestos and dust diseases, including silicosis, mesothelioma, lung cancer and other conditions.

“Knowing we are making a difference to clients’ lives during such a difficult time for them and their families motivates me to fight for the best results. It’s rewarding work and can be emotional for all parties,” says Nadia.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys spending time down the coast, embracing the slower pace of life. She is also an avid traveller with a love of discovering new cultures, cuisines and landscapes.
