Her legal practice is informed by a strong foundation in social justice. Before becoming a lawyer, Sarah was an advocate and housing support worker for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, particularly criminalised women and girls. Her work in this space has earned her multiple awards for community advocacy.

“I’m committed to providing inclusive legal services that improve access to justice and hold powerful institutions to account,” says Sarah.

Sarah graduated with first class honours in law. Her thesis, The Status of Special Disadvantage & Vulnerability in Statutory Unconscionable Conduct, reflects her ongoing interest in how equity principles are applied in statutory contexts.
