Libby Brookes

Libby is a compassionate and experienced lawyer in a challenging area of law and regularly receives referrals due to her extensive expertise in medical negligence.

Libby has significant skills in litigation and negotiation, having represented and resolved hundreds of multi‑million‑dollar cases for adults and children with brain injuries. She is a compelling advocate and a highly effective mediator, able to determine and achieve the most appropriate and beneficial outcomes for her clients. Libby channels her passion for fairness into a determination to ensure her clients receive justice for the wrongs they have suffered and the compensation to support themselves in the future.
