Abby Cullen

Abby takes a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to medical injuries work. Abby has acted on both the plaintiff and defendant side, including nearly three years as Corporate Counsel at a major Victorian public hospital. That experience gives Abby an understanding of the healthcare and legal settings in which medical injury matters arise. Abby has worked on a broad range of complex matters, including claims involving delayed diagnosis of cancer, birth injuries and coronial inquests.

Abby helps people who have been injured through no fault of their own find their way through a legal system that can feel overwhelming and inaccessible. Abby knows there is a person going through a difficult time behind every claim, and works to make sure clients feel heard and understood.
