“I’m passionate about ensuring that my clients get access to essential rehabilitation early to ensure the best possible recovery following a motor vehicle accident.  A lot of my clients are elderly so I am driven to ensure they feel supported throughout the course of their claim,” says Joanne.

“Industrial deafness is sustained from working in a noisy environment over a prolonged period of time without adequate hearing protection. Hearing aids are quite expensive, therefore it’s important clients are able to receive compensation for their hearing loss so they can purchase hearing aids.”

Joanne works hard to ensure all of her clients feel understood and valued, no matter the size of their claim.
