"I was drawn to working on class actions because they enable ordinary people to enforce their rights against government and major corporations."
Katherine is currently working on the DePuy (LCS Duofix femoral component) class action on behalf of people surgically implanted with faulty knee implants; and the Montara oil spill class action on behalf of Indonesian seaweed farmers who allege that their crops were destroyed by oil. She has also provided advice to Greenpeace Australia Pacific.
Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. In her spare time, Katherine volunteers at the Inner City Legal Centre.
