Kayla Mattschoss

Kayla works across all areas of personal injury law, including work injuries, motor vehicle accidents and injuries sustained in public places. She has a particular interest in WorkCover claims and is passionate about supporting injured workers. She is committed to ensuring people who are placed in unsafe working environments simply to earn a living are fairly compensated. She also advocates for those injured as a result of employer negligence to achieve fair and practical outcomes.

Kayla is a confident and strategic negotiator who is not afraid to apply appropriate pressure to insurers to help ensure her clients receive the compensation they are entitled to. She also takes a considered and solution-focused approach, often thinking outside the box to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Known for her approachable and personable manner, Kayla combines strong advocacy with genuine empathy. She strives to make the legal process as straightforward and comfortable as possible, placing a strong emphasis on clear, consistent communication and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their claim.

Outside the office, Kayla enjoys Pilates, cooking, following Formula 1, and keeping up with AFL and cricket. She also enjoys reading and spending time at her home on the Murray River.
