Kieran Mount

Kieran joined Maurice Blackburn in 2023 as a paralegal on the Foreign Exchange Cartel Class Action. Since then, Kieran has worked on a range of complex and high-profile class actions, including competition and consumer claims, at different stages of proceedings. Kieran is currently working on the JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman class actions.

Kieran sees class actions as a powerful way to get justice for people affected by mass wrongdoing who might otherwise be unable to pursue their claims. Class actions also play an important regulatory role by holding corporations and institutions to account for misconduct and pushing for higher standards of conduct.
