Matt Windsor

Graduating from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (with Honours), Matt was admitted to practice in 2006.

Matt has worked in asbestos litigation since 2007, handling hundreds of claims arising from asbestos exposure, and is recognised as a Leading Dust Diseases Lawyer by Doyle's Guide to Legal Practice. He also handles workers' compensation and other statutory claims arising from occupational dust exposures, including silica exposure, as well as common law negligence claims.

Matt was inspired to work in this area following the death of a close relative from mesothelioma, and has seen firsthand the devastating impact dust diseases can have on individuals and families. He has a passion for his work and an empathetic, understanding approach that helps him communicate effectively with clients, and focuses on achieving strong, fair outcomes in an efficient, pragmatic and sensitive manner.

Matt also has extensive experience assisting workers with compensation claims arising from other occupational dust exposures, including silica exposure.
