Molly is deeply committed to fairness and justice. She views class actions as a vital mechanism for promoting accountability and transparency among corporations and government entities, as well as for addressing inequities and power imbalances within the legal system and the broader society.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
Molly has previously worked on a range of cases, including the administration of the Kilmore and Murrindindi Bushfire Class Actions, the Crown Resorts (China arrests) Class Action, and the Uber Class Action. She is presently acting in the Sportsbet Class Action, the Entain Class Action, and a range of data breach matters.
