Naomi Spigelman

Naomi joined Maurice Blackburn following experience as a Tipstaff in the Supreme Court of NSW as well as experience in health and insurance law as a defendant lawyer.

“I am driven by a strong sense of fairness and duty to assist those who are experiencing challenging physical and mental injuries as a result of medical negligence,” says Naomi.

“These are injuries that have arisen at a time when our clients placed their utmost trust in the medical profession. Their resilience and courage in these distressing and unexpected circumstances inspire me to help them navigate the complexities of the legal system and achieve their best possible outcome.”
