Alice Sinclair

Alice is a compassionate and clear communicator dedicated to using her skillset to support clients as they navigate complex and sensitive workplace issues.

Her legal career began at a leading employer-focused employment law team in Brisbane, where she demonstrated a persistent interest in the pro bono and community sector. Alice has particular expertise and interest in anti-discrimination law, including discrimination and sexual harassment matters; however, she routinely advises on the full scope of employment law issues, including dismissals, adverse action, contract disputes, investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

Alice is passionate about helping clients mitigate the power imbalance in the employment relationship and navigate the interpersonal challenges of workplace disputes that can often feel deeply distressing and overwhelming.
