Kirsten Van Der Wal

Kirsten has experience in a range of matters including catastrophic injuries, spinal injuries and birthing injuries.

She was recently included in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia® for Medical Negligence. Kirsten has also been recognised in the Doyles Guide Leading Medical Negligence Compensation Lawyers, Queensland in 2023 and in the Injury & Compensation Law Rising Stars in Australia in 2020.
