Nadia Lucas

Graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Criminology, and Bachelor of International Studies with majors in Public Policy and International Relations, Nadia chose a pathway into personal injuries law.

An empathetic and hard-working lawyer, Nadia commenced with Maurice Blackburn in 2019. She has worked in various areas of personal injuries including road accidents, work injuries and dust diseases.

Nadia understands that the pathways of compensation for injured persons can be difficult to understand and hopes to provide guidance for individuals in understanding their rights and entitlements. Nadia advocates for clients who suffer from work related injuries, asbestos and dust diseases including silicosis, mesothelioma, lung cancer and other diseases.

“Knowing we are making a difference to clients lives during such a difficult time for them and their families helps to motivate me fight for the best results for our clients. Its rewarding work and can be emotional for all parties,” says Nadia.
